Systematic specialises in providing effective in-house training courses and workshops to major organisations worldwide. We undertake a wide variety of projects – ranging from single day one-to-one coaching to modelling workshops for entry grade or more experienced executives. Objectives

First of all we like to be certain of client requirements. The workshop outline can then be developed to achieve the best mix of practical and demonstration sessions with exercises to achieve the objectives. Pre-course evaluations are often used to ensure that participants can influence the workshop content.

Training Style

The training style is interactive with a minimum of lecturing, plenty of time for exercises and sufficient time for questions to ensure that participants can play a full part in the learning process.  interaction makes training more enjoyable for participants and at the same time is stimulating and effective.

Delivery methods include as appropriate:

• Pre-course assignments and reading
• Case-studies

• PowerPoint slides
• Quizzes
• CD-ROM for all Excel courses containing files and information
• Post-course assignments or cases

All participants receive copies of the slide presentations and computer models to reinforce and complement the workshop delivery. We have also developed exercises and assignments to be completed after workshops as appropriate where clients wish to test the effectiveness of the workshop.
