Fixed term rental offers an alternative to traditional inflexible finance lease arrangements.  This is a rental over one to four years which can include any or all of the following as a complete package:

• Hardware
• Software
• Maintenance
• Consultancy and training
• Upgrades

Rental is structured to allow for all upgrades and additions during the rental period to allow maximum flexibility. Clients can also build in pre-determined upgrade points to exchange equipment. Rental allows for forward planning and upgrades without increasing existing rental commitments.

On expiry, clients have these options:

• Return the equipment to Systematic or the supplier
• Upgrade to an up-to-date system
• Continue to rent at a low rental
• Purchase the equipment
