Overview 

Systematic specialises in providing effective in-house training courses and workshops to major organisations. We undertake a wide variety of projects – ranging from single day one-to-one coaching to modelling workshops for entry grade or more experienced executives.

Objectives

First of all we like to discuss the objectives and content with the client. The course outline can then be developed to achieve the best mix of practical and demonstration sessions to achieve the objectives. Pre-course evaluations are often used to ensure that attendees can influence the workshop content.

Training Style

The training style is interactive with sufficient time for questions to ensure that attendees can play a full part in the learning process.  interaction makes training more enjoyable for attendees and at the same time is stimulating and effective.

Delivery methods include as appropriate:

• CD-ROM for all Excel courses containing files and information
• PowerPoint slides
• Quizzes
• Role plays
• Post-course assignments or cases

All attendees receive copies of the slide presentations and computer models to reinforce and complement the classroom delivery. We have also developed exercises and assignments to be completed after workshops as appropriate.

Support includes:

• Telephone support at any time
• Email for information and other requests
• Post course evaluations for human resources and line management
• Follow up courses and workshops
