Terms and Conditions

At Systematic Finance ("Systematic"), we value our customers and wish you to be satisfied with your purchases. Your satisfaction is best assured by first ensuring your clear understanding of our policies.

All software is supplied under single-user licence unless otherwise stated. Multi-user licence arrangements vary, but usual licensing agreements are institutional, permitting the software to be used on a single machine by multiple users, or network, allowing use of the software on multiple machines or a network. Network licence prices other than items on the price list are quoted individually - please contact us for details.

All prices are shown in GB pounds, but online credit card payment may be in GB pounds, Euros, or US Dollars. The rate of exchange is updated regularly, but the current rate shown on our website is indicative only, and the exact value of your transaction is given before your decision to purchase on the WorldPay server.

 Sales Tax

Overseas sales taxes are not included in our prices depending on location and status. International customers, please check with your local customs agencies for any import duties, taxes or import restrictions that may be imposed by your government. We are required by law to charge VAT at 20.0% on orders to UK or European Community customers.

 Payments and Delivery

Payment is with order unless specifically agreed in writing by Systematic. Overseas institutions and individuals may purchase by sending us a sterling bank cheque or order form authorising credit card payment. Online payment must be by approved credit card. Once your credit payment has been authorised the products you ordered will be shipped within three days if in stock, or within three days of receipt from the distributors. Please note that certain items and configurations are subject to delay in supply, and we will advise you by email if delivery is likely to be greater than 30 days. We recommend that you contact us by email or telephone to determine availability prior to purchase. Once goods are despatched an email will be sent to you to confirm shipment of your order.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase if the goods have not been despatched, or if your order has not been delivered within 30 days. If you have paid by credit card or cheque, the full amount you have paid will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation. We may choose not to accept an order where the product you ordered is no longer available, where we have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or if we have identified a pricing or product description error. In such cases we will notify you immediately and refund in full any payment you have made.

Systematic will refund in full the amount you paid for any unused or faulty physical products returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. You must provide proof of purchase and meet return shipping and handling costs. No cancellation is possible where software has been despatched by email.

 Import Restrictions

International customers please also check any import restrictions that your government may impose. Systematic will not refund any products confiscated by foreign governments' agencies.

 Shipping & Handling

Products will be shipped in the name of the customer and at the customer's risk. Delivery of the product to the carrier shall be deemed delivery to the customer.

Systematic uses first class recorded or special delivery via the UK Post Office for UK deliveries, and International Signed-for Priority Airmail for overseas orders. Delivery is subject to charges passed to us by the carriers which may vary from time to time.

 Prices and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change.
